Shared time

1. Team week

Team week shows other people's time alongside your own, so you can see when the team is actually free without a round of messages.

It shows free/busy and nothing else. Anonymous busy blocks: no titles, no locations, no attendees, no links to the events. That holds whatever level of detail the share was granted at.

Only people who have shared their calendar with you appear, and you toggle which of them to overlay. Up to twelve at once.

2. Share your calendar

Sharing works by invitation, by email address, one person at a time. Nobody appears in someone else's Team week until they grant it.

Someone you have shared with can switch your band on and off in their own view, and you can withdraw the share whenever you like. Withdrawing takes effect at once.

3. Work locations

A work location is a named place with a timezone — an office, home, a client site. Set which one you are at on a given day and emeris schedules against that day's timezone rather than assuming you never move.
