1. Calendars
Connect a Google account under Settings → Calendar. That first one is your home account. emeris writes its blocks there and reads your free/busy from it.
You can connect more than one. Every account after the home account is read only. Its events appear in Planner and on Home, and they block autoschedule so nothing is booked over them, but emeris never writes to it. A second work account, a partner's shared calendar or a side project's account can all count towards your busy time without emeris touching them.
Each connected account carries two switches, set independently:
- Count as busy — its events block autoscheduling.
- Offer its contacts — its address book is suggested when you invite someone.
Secondary calendars inside an account come along with it, so a Google account holding four calendars contributes all four. Disconnect an account at any time and its events leave your week immediately.
2. Hours & Days
Settings → Schedule is what autoscheduling obeys:
- Working hours — the window tasks may be booked into.
- Timezone — set this before you schedule anything, or blocks land an hour out.
- Week start — which day Planner opens on.
- Buffer — minutes left between blocks. 15 by default.
- No-schedule days — weekdays never booked. Sunday by default.
- Blocked dates — one-off days off, separate from the recurring weekdays above.
3. Booking Links
Settings → Bookings holds your booking links. A personal link offers your free time the usual way. A shared link lets several emeris users offer times from one URL, and a slot is only bookable when it is free on every host's calendar.
4. Notifications
Settings → Notifications controls email. Mentions, task assignment and project assignment each send as they happen, and a daily digest goes at an hour you choose. Each one can be turned off on its own.
5. Developer
Settings → Integrations is where API tokens and outbound webhooks live, along with the capture addresses other tools post to. See Connect your other tools.
6. Account & Plan
Settings → Account carries your name, your sign-in address and your email capture addresses. Subscription shows your plan and what is left of a trial.
Delegates have their own panel. What they can and cannot do is in Who can see what.
